Wines Constructions

One Team. Complete Delivery.

Wines Constructions offers complete Design & Construct delivery for food, beverage, cold storage and specialist industrial facilities.

We work with clients from the earliest stages of a project to develop practical facilities around operational requirements, budget, programme and future growth.

Our D&C capability can extend across the entire building, not simply the specialist production or cold storage areas.

Our D&C Process

Concept & Feasibility

We establish project requirements, site constraints, production needs, temperatures, workflows, future expansion requirements and intended use of the facility.

Design Development

We coordinate architectural, structural, civil, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire and specialist design requirements.

Approvals

We coordinate the relevant consultants, authorities, building approvals and project documentation required to move the project into construction.

Procurement

Our team manages specialist materials, equipment, subcontractors and long-lead items.

Construction

Wines Constructions manages the complete construction process with a focus on safety, quality, programme and communication.

Handover

Testing, commissioning, documentation and project close-out are coordinated prior to handover.

Why Design & Construct?

Bringing design and construction together creates greater accountability and allows buildability, cost, programme and operational considerations to influence the design from the beginning.

For specialist facilities, it also reduces the disconnect that can occur between conventional building design and the technical requirements of production and temperature-controlled environments.

One project. One team. One point of responsibility.
